Why It Matters

Motorcycle theft affects entire communities.

Motorcycle theft in apartments, condominiums, and HOA communities is more than an inconvenience — it impacts residents, reputation, retention, and liability.

Residents feel unsafe.
Stolen motorcycles create fear, frustration, and distrust within a community.
Property reputation suffers.
Online theft posts and resident complaints can negatively impact leasing and retention.
Liability and headaches increase.
More incidents often mean more complaints, management issues, and avoidable security concerns.
The best time to address motorcycle security is before theft becomes a recurring problem.

System Details

Quality equipment built for property use.

The MotoKeep System™ is engineered for strength, security, and long-term performance in high-traffic environments.

Quality Equipment
The MotoKeep System™ is made out of steel and stainless steel. There are 30 bolts that hold it to the asphalt or concrete below. It is a modular system built for easy installation with hard removal without the right tools and noise. It has been crafted to make it easy for riders to lock their bikes in less than a minute once pulling in. Once locked, riders can walk away with confidence knowing no one can pick up and take away the bike.
Removal
The MotoKeep System™ can be removed. Once removed, the bolts are hammered into the ground and filled with asphalt or concrete filler. If a lease is terminated, there may be a removal fee in the lease agreement.
Flyers / Advertisement
Flyers and/or advertisement can be provided upon request to let tenants and owners know of the new amenity being added and how to take advantage of the available slots.

Our Story

Built from a real problem. Designed for real communities.

It was August 2016. My wife and I were living in an apartment complex with NO security for my 300 lb. Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle. THEN I read about how Florida has one of the highest motorcycle theft rates in the country and most of those thefts occurred in high-density residences.

I knew I had to do something to secure my bike. I felt vulnerable and worried. I researched motorcycle security, but I didn’t like what I found. Disc brake locks and trackers still wouldn’t stop a bike from being loaded into a truck or van and disappearing forever.

Using AutoCAD engineering software, I decided to create something that could lock my bike directly to the ground. Three months later, I was finally satisfied with the design and brought in my dad Rob to help move the idea forward.

Together we worked with a local welder to build the first MotoKeep prototype. By mid-November, the system was sitting in my dad’s garage as we finalized paint, anchoring, and outdoor durability testing.

Today, the MotoKeep System™ is designed to help riders feel secure while helping properties create safer, more organized motorcycle parking.
